Fortuna Sittard came from behind to beat Cambuur 3-1 at home, with the hosts capitalizing on a dominant second-half display despite spending much of the match on the back foot. Cambuur had the better of possession and created chances at will, but poor finishing cost them dearly. The visitors led at the interval, yet Fortuna's counter-attacking prowess proved their salvation as they turned the game on its head after the break. Mattijs Branderhorst was the standout performer, producing a man-of-the-match display that kept Fortuna in it when they looked vulnerable. His heroics between the sticks meant that when his team found their rhythm going forward, they could capitalize ruthlessly. Both sides had seven shots on target apiece, but it was Fortuna's clinical edge that made the difference when it mattered.
