Arsenal was founded in 1886 and has spent more than a century as one of English football's most significant institutions. Based in north London, the club moved to the Emirates Stadium, a modern home that reflects the ambitions of a side with serious silverware in the cabinet.

The trophy room tells a story of sustained success across different eras. Arsenal have won the English top-flight title 14 times, with the earliest coming in 1930-31 and the most recent in 2025-26. The FA Cup has been a particular hunting ground, claimed 14 times between 1930 and 2020. There have been memorable cup runs too—the club won the League Cup twice, in 1987 and 1993, and added a European Cup Winners' Cup in 1994. They also lifted the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup back in 1970.

What's notable is the consistency. Arsenal didn't just enjoy one golden period—they've won major trophies across the decades, from the 1930s through to the present day. That kind of longevity at the top is rare in football. Head Coach

Mikel Arteta

Mikel Arteta took charge of Arsenal in December 2019, bringing with him three years of experience as assistant coach at Manchester City under Pep Guardiola. The Spanish manager's first senior head coaching role came at Arsenal, where he's been tasked with rebuilding the club's fortunes.
